Star Moon Technology LLC ('we', 'us', or 'our') operates Noted AI, an AI-powered transcription and note-taking service ('Service'). When you create an account, we collect: email address, full name, password (encrypted), role, primary use case, usage frequency, and discovery source. For Google OAuth users, we also collect your Google ID.
We collect and process audio recordings you upload or record through our Service, including: audio files (MP3, WAV, WebM), live audio streams via WebSocket connections, transcriptions generated from your audio, speaker identification data, and conversation metadata (duration, participants, timestamps).
We store content generated by our AI services including: notes, summaries, mindmaps, flashcards, quizzes, slide decks, and other educational materials created from your audio content.
If you use our Call Assist feature, we collect: phone numbers (yours and callers), call recordings and transcriptions, Google Calendar integration data, AI agent configurations, and call metadata.
For business accounts, we collect: organization details, team member information, workspace configurations, and collaboration data.
We automatically collect: IP addresses, browser type and version, device information, usage patterns and feature utilization, session duration and frequency, and error logs and performance metrics.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store subscription details and invoice records but do not directly collect credit card information.
We use your information to: provide and maintain our transcription and note-taking services; generate AI-powered content from your audio; enable real-time collaboration features; process payments and manage subscriptions; provide customer support; improve our Service through analytics; send important service communications; ensure security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
